I completed the Master’s program LUMOMAT at the University of Angers. During my master’s studies, I carried out a research internship under the supervision of Dr. Antoine Goujon, focusing on the synthesis and photophysical characterization of perylene diimide (PDI) and tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) derivatives.
I then obtained my PhD at the Moltech-Anjou Laboratory of the University of Angers under the supervision of Professors David Canevet and Marc Sallé. My doctoral research focused on the supramolecular chemistry of functional π-conjugated foldamers and on the equilibrium between single and multiple helical architectures. In particular, I investigated the influence of double helix formation on the luminescent, chiroptical, and electronic properties of these systems. I also explored the selective and reversible modulation of these properties through donor-acceptor supramolecular interactions and through the integration of photoactive molecular motors.
During my PhD, I completed a research stay in the group of Professor Ben Feringa at the University of Groningen, where I worked on the synthesis of molecular motors capable of modulating circularly polarized luminescence.
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Professor Rint Sijbesma and Assistant Professor Ghislaine Vantomme with a research focus on photoaddressable quantum photonics.
